TGIF
Oh I'm so glad it's Friday. The week is over. Wait, now that I think about it, the weekend is going to be just as crazy. Nuts. Oh well.
I've had some fun googling Wallace & Gromit, but haven't found much. Just a site on the New Zealand eBay equivalent, but somebody that wants $30.00 for the set of six. I want to buy them, but I'm not sure I want to deal with international shipping. Has anyone else ordered anything from NZ? Do you think it will be a hassle?
I'm teaching the first in a series of skill builders workshops at the LYS tomorrow. They are all 2 hours long, and we start with increasing and decreasing tomorrow. I potentially have 5 students, but only one has registered ahead of time. I am excited to start. Next week will be CO and BO. I have the month planned out and I'm thinking up new ones for the next quarter. I think I'll do them twice a month from now on instead of 4 times a month.
Harry has been so funny today. He took a late nap, so he's up with me now. He wanted to watch a movie, and I wanted to blog, so we worked out a deal. He picked his own movie. Would you like to guess what he chose? Wallace and Gromit: A close shave. Is he mamma's boy or what? Speaking of "boy"... . Harrison is starting to really talk and actually communicate with speech, and it is so much fun. Yesterday I asked him, "What's your name?" and he said "da boi-y" "boi-y, boi-y, BOI-y". (the boy, boy, boy, BOY) He thinks his name is "the Boy" (and he thinks the word "boy" is 2 syllables, darn Midwest accent). Tim and I always refer to him as "the boy", like: " pick up the boy", "where's the boy", "get the boy off the dining room table"... And now he thinks that's his name. LOL. Poor baby.
I hope to finish sock number two tonight. When I do, I'll take more pics, but I have to type up my syllabus now...
